While we wait for the Disney Wish to finish its first transatlantic sailing to its new home at Port Canaveral, Disney Cruise Line is preparing for the debut and christening of the new ship LIVE on June 29 at 11 a.m. ET. 🚢 ✨
Tune in for a first look inside the ship, spectacular performances, characters and more! This event will also include an exclusive look inside some of the ship’s most highly anticipated features — like AquaMouse, the first-ever Disney attraction at sea; first-of-their-kind dining adventures themed to “Frozen” and Marvel; an immersive lounge set in the Star Wars galaxy; and a real-life wonderland for kids at Disney’s Oceaneer Club — plus special appearances from crew members on board the Disney Wish.
Over in Disneyland, this week marked the 10th Anniversary of the opening of Cars Land at Disney California Adventure Park.
One of my favorite experiences at any Disney park is sitting at Flo’s V8 cafe at dusk and watching Radiator Springs come alive to the sounds of Sh-Boom – it is like you are inside the movie!
If you haven’t had the chance to experience Cars Land for yourself, put it on your list; it is a definite must-see!
Staying in Disneyland – favorite seasonal celebrations will return to the Disneyland Resort this fall!
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort will cast its spooky spell Sept. 2 – Oct. 31, 2022. Featuring seasonal décor, Halloween-themed attractions, photo opportunities with favorite Disney characters and villains, plus specialty treats and more.
Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit – a family-friendly pumpkin hunt – will return Sept. 9 – Oct. 31, 2022.
Plaza de la Familia at Disney California Adventure Park will return Sept. 2 – Nov. 2, 2022, to celebrate the spirit of Día De Los Muertos with live entertainment, delightful foods, hands-on crafts and interactive experiences.
And everyones’ favorite Halloween Party – Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party will be offered as a separate-ticket event at Disney California Adventure Park on 23 select nights starting Sept. 6, through Oct. 31, 2022.
